Hi Ryan,
Here are my answers,
- Is this graph consistent with the other graphs in your report? (i.e., is there a gap in requests between ~45 seconds and ~1 minute 45 seconds?)
Yes its consistent with other graphs. I have attached some other graph snapshots of the same test scenario.
- Are the remote agents in your local network or the cloud?
Remote agents in local network.
- When you created the different virtual user groups in the test editor, did you add a start delay to either group?
No. Start Delay in zero.
Hi Janett,
Thanks for the reply. This is unusual. It seems like there is a delay in starting the virtual user group running on your remote agent. If you repeat the test do you get the same results? If so, I suggest following up with our support team for a more in-depth analysis of your project. You can contact support using the following link: https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=LoadComplete
When you find out what is causing this behavior, would you please let us know here on the forums?

Hi Ryan,
Finally I got answer from support team of SmartBear sending my test project to analyze. They said, virtual user groups are executed sequentially within a test, not in parallel. They have plans to parallelize the virtual user groups' execution and implement it in future. Finally they asked me to submit a feature request in the community.

Hi,
Thank you a lot for the update on the problem.
May I ask you for the screenshot of the problematic scenario to get a better understanding on what setup causes the mentioned problem?

Hi AlexKaras,
I have already attached the screen shots of the problem to Mr. Ryan's comments. Anyway I'll attach it again....

Hi Janett,
Thank you for letting us know what you heard from support.
I'm not sure the answer they gave you is correct. When I simulate multiple virtual user groups, they all execute simultaneously. I tried the same setup as you (one group of 5, one group of 15, using one remote agent) and I get the graph below. All 20 users start at the same time, the 15 in one group finish their scenario first.
Could you please let me know your case number with support so I can follow up? I will let you know if I have any new information.
Thanks,

Hi Ryan,
My case number is 00152837.
I am using the trial version of LoadComplete. Will it be a reason for the graph issue?

Hi Ryan,
I am getting the same results when I repeat the test.
Also I tried in another computer as a master station installing the LoadComplete trial version. There I am getting the same problem in different way. With two stations (master & agent) it is simulating few virtual users from both stations. Not the assigned number of virtual users. But the graph is not bi-modal.
Anyway I have sent a request to the support team link that you sent. Waiting for the response from them.
If I find the reason, I’ll let you know.
Best Regards
