Hi NP1
If i remember correctly, basically customer support asked us to check the Flash player version to be the latest and make sure it is enable in IE. Then they suggest we update our 4.4 LC to LC version 4.5 and reproduce the problem, fortunately we always successfully export the result to PDF format.
