Hi Janett,
Thank you for letting us know what you heard from support.
I'm not sure the answer they gave you is correct. When I simulate multiple virtual user groups, they all execute simultaneously. I tried the same setup as you (one group of 5, one group of 15, using one remote agent) and I get the graph below. All 20 users start at the same time, the 15 in one group finish their scenario first.
Could you please let me know your case number with support so I can follow up? I will let you know if I have any new information.
Thanks,
Hi Ryan,
My case number is 00152837.
I am using the trial version of LoadComplete. Will it be a reason for the graph issue?

Hi Janett,
The free version of LoadComplete is identical to the paid version. The only restriction is the number of VUs you can simulate.
I confirmed with our developers that virtual user groups will be simulated in parallel if you choose the "Steady load" option in your test configuration. The response that you got from support applies only to when you choose a "Stepwise" load profile - in this case, users will first be pulled from group 1, then group 2, etc.
So, if you are using the steady load profile (which it appears you are from your screenshot), your groups should execute in parallel. Please reply to your support ticket to clarify this point - I think you are experiencing a bug of some sort.

RyanHeidorn : Thank you for comments and feature description.
Janett : I found description provided by Ryan in the documentation - https://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/65095/. It looks like that your setup corresponds to all requirements and it is a good idea to double-check and revive your support ticket.
Will appreciate to hear here what you eneded with...

Hi,
I think I have problem at my side. Because today I run several load tests and got fine graphs with the metrics I added (CPU%, Memory%, etc). It gave fine graphs for around one hour and then showing nothing (i am talking about only the metrics i added) in the graphs, just all Zero values except users. Several times I restarted my computer but didn't get fine graphs as I got earlier.
Also today I didn't get time gap (bi-modal) in my graphs, but its not simulating all 2 virtual user groups concurrently. 15 virtual users from one agent simulated first and then next 5 from other agent.
So finally we planned to move the instances (agents) to cloud... but we didn't try yet... let's see....:smileyhappy:
