[LoadUIWeb] WebLoadUI not handling all cookies (HTTPS)

I'm having cookie problems too with a Lombardi BPM application. WebLoadUI records the cookies correctly, but one of the cookies is not being sent in the simulated request. The cookie name is ibm.bpm.timezoneOffset. 



Here's the recorded value:
