According to my understanding, LoadUIWeb uses Flash to display a graphics for the reports.
So you may just don't have Flash installed on your LoadUIWeb machine. Or maybe you need to adjust security settings for the local or intranet pages in IE (I believe that html report pages in LoadUIWeb depends on the IE security settings). In any case, I am pretty sure that the root of the problem is in this or related area.
