This looks like it may be a bug? Definitely not expected behavior. I suggest you do the following:
- Enable logging of request bodies (this can be selected by going to (Tools > Options > Simulating > General , and then checking the box for “Store full headers and bodies”).
- Verify the scenario again.
- Zip up the whole project and attach to a support ticket: http://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=LoadComplete
