LoadComplete vs JMeter

I've prepared a performance test script in both LoadComplete and JMeter. Same flow / transactions, there is no difference. Always LoadComplete shows higher response time (almost double) than JMeter. I've tried all possibilities including adjusting the think time, but no luck. Could someone please explain me what would be the reason ?
