LC4 - Operation Repository Scroll Bar Bug
The scroll up/down bar in the operation repository is inoperable. When you move it down the operation reposity box does not scroll down with it.
Pic attached to illustrate issue. Notice the content of the list box does not change with the position of the scroll bar.
