How to set QoS values on specific requests/responses?

In LoadComplete, I can set QoS (Quality of Services) values such as Max Page Load Time, and Max Time To First Byte for each test (on test level), but I want to set these values on specific requests/r...

For example, you may start 'transaction' before the request, end the 'transaction' after the request, calculate its duration and return the duration in response, extract the duration from the response, store it in a variable and use the IF operation to signal for the too high duration value.
