Hi SurenDs,
Can you check to see that the LoadComplete Remote Agent service is running? (Start > Run > "services.msc")
If you restart the service and the problem persists, I suggest opening a support ticket for quick resolution of the issue.

Yes the LoadComplete Remote Agent service is running and also I did restart. But still I see the "agent check" happening.

Case Description: Unable to run the scenarios, as everytime I'm promted with "Agent check" and it waits for some 550+ sec and then timeout occurs.Stations: Host - Localhost

Load complete : Uninstall - Reboot (machine) - Install - Reboot (machine)
These steps helped to resolve the issue.
