Ridiculously long cloning

Hello!

I was running into... a Bug?  a Performance issue?
I am really annoyed about infinite cloning. I have simple manual tests with no files attached to them, and cloning those tests is ridiculously long. At this moment I cloned empty test after ~15minutes...

This problem starts ~2 weeks ago I think.

Does somebody know the reason of it?
