Hello, this is Greg from CC Support.
This depends on what OS the server is running. If it is on windows, CC appears with your "services" and can be started and stopped by right clicking on the server.
If it is on Unix/Linux then go to the ccollab location and type:
./ccollab-server stop
./ccollab-server start
(Or whatever your server process name is)
