This turned out to be an issue in the customer's network blocking the proper download of the installer file.
If you run into this error, check locally with your IT staff for any proxies, firewalls or anti-virus software that could be blocking the dowload.
If you still have trouble, please contact us at support@smartbear.com and we can tell you what the md5sum should be of the particular file you are trying to download.
