Specifcation document review requirement by requirment

Hi, is collaborator able to review a specification document (in Word format) requirement by requirement

or to review requirements in DOORS (which  is a requirement management system tool) ?

The idea would be to perform a safety review with one checklist per requirement.

In other words each requirement would be considered as an item. 

Traditionally one's use Excel with a huge matrix.
