Has the functionality to send emails to reviewers when reviews are overdue been removed? This quit working for us, but I've checked all the settings. I don't see a notification template for it either.
We're using Collaborator Enterprise v10.0.10000.

No, we don't removed this feature. Collaborator uses the notification templates below for stalled reviews: https://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/80058/#stalled
Note: you can customize the automatic periodic notifications for such reviews on the "Admin | Email" page: https://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/80098/#admin-email-periodicnotification
