Rejected review by mistake, what is the fix?
One of my users clicked reject while he was still working on a review. Is there a way to put a "Rejected" review back in an active life cycle?

Unfortunately it is not possible to un-reject a review.
If the user unintentionally rejected the review, there are a couple of settings you can use to prevent this in the future.
For example:

Review Reject Reasons https://support.smartbear.com/collaborator/docs/server/settings/general.html#review-reject-reasons
