importing a MS Word Document including MS Word Comments?
Is there a way to do the document import to get the comments that are in the word document to come along?

Unfortunately, there is no way to get comments from Word documents in the Diff viewer. Collaborator converts the DOC/DOCX in PDF format for it. If you strongly need to review these comments, you can create a screenshot and upload it, or just add a comment for reviewers to download the file from the review, it still contains comments.

Please note collaborator uses a third party library to convert files into our internal format. So, the implementation of this feature could take a time.
