According to the provided debugging log file, you didn't specify the SVN username and password parameters. Try to edit the respective SCM configuration, specify these parameters, enable the debugging mode, and check the issue again.
If the issue remains, share the entire ccolla.log file.

Sorry for the delay...I couldn't log into the forum with Chrome anymore...decided to try FF today and it worked.
Anyway, apparently I was just confused. I expected the "Add revisions to Review" window to pop-up with a list of the recent revisions to SVN.
Instead, I have to know the revision#, enter it on the "Enter Revision IDs" line, click the add button and then the "Select revisions" window get populated.
