[CodeReviewer] 'Run All Diagnostics' not returning

I had my system administrator bounce the server that our instance of Code Collaborator (v7.0.7022) is running on.   After it came up, I launched “RUN ALL DIAGNOSTICS” from the Diagnostic Utility...

Support Replied: The most graceful approach is to stop the service.

We recommend only running the diagnostics when instructed to do so by SmartBear Support. If you have a specific issue or question that prompted you to run the diags, please send us a description of the issue you're seeing along with your server logs so we can take a closer look.
