code collaborator print to review v6 does not show up under devices and printers on windows 10

I know we are using an OLD version of CC (6.0.6013) which works fine on Windows 7 and has been working on Windows10 until I tried Print to Review. Installing Print to Review as administrator it insta...

    Thank you for the reply.  However, we are on v6, not version 11 of Collaborator so I am not sure the answer completely applies. I believe our only option is to upload documents that have been made into a .pdf files.
