Can you mark sections of code as "do not review"

If I have a file with many changes and most are minor and do not require any review (format changes, etc.), is there a way to mark these changes in some way that the reviewer would pass over these sec...

This would be a useful feature. If a file under review was very large then it would be possible to blank out sections of a file and focus on only those sections. e.g. Review from line 625 to 1059.
