Hi,
I think I do see a similar problem on my side, hower I'd like to make sure that we're dealing with the same issue. So, may I ask you to record a small screencast that'd demonstrate how exactly you replicate the issue? For this purpose, you can use Jing which is a free screen capture tool.

Hi,
I couldn't reproduce this using the latest version of Collaborator (ver. 11.3.11301). So, I recommend that you try this version, as well:
https://support.smartbear.com/downloads/collaborator/
