Can I upload my TestComplete project to BitBar for an automated test?

You can definitely run an automated mobile test created from TestComplete on a BitBar device. There is no need to upload the TestComplete test to BitBar, you can simply tell TestComplete to run the test on your BitBar device of choice instead of your local device.
