Assuming that you have rebooted your box and still getting this error, I would suggest to try AQtime's Troubleshooter (http://support.smartbear.com/troubleshooter/?prod=AQtime-7) from the http://support.smartbear.com/about-troubleshooter/ page and contact Support (http://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=AQtime and you may mention this thread in the ticket) if this does not help.
