AQTime Pro ALlocation profiler By Lines/By Routines not supported

Question

I have AQTime Pro 7.5 installed and have a floating license for it.

I am trying to profile a C++ application thru allocation profiler. But Ido not get the option to profile by Lines/ by Routines. They are showing disabled with not supported in the label.

Is this a license issue or a setup issue ? Is AQTime Pro 7.5 supposed to be able to profile c++ native code by Lines and by Routines?
