access violation in aqNatProf.dll

I am trying to run the Allocation Profiler on my application and am getting an access violation in the aqNatProf.dll. This occurs in any of the types of Allocation runs...

I am able to use the Performance Profile.

Is this a known issue? if so, can you give me an idea how to get past it.
