DejaClick Proxy - Traceroute does not go to the proxy
In DejaClick, it is possible to configure a Proxy for use with the test remotely. In this way, the requests in the browser are sent to the configured proxy, as opposed to the endpoint the test resolves to.
In the event of a Network Failure, AlertSite offers the ability to include a Traceroute with the test results and in notifications. When a proxy is configured, however, the ICMP traffic is not sent to the proxy, it is sent to the endpoint directly. There is no means to capture the ICMP traffic from the browser to the proxy.
