alertsite is not loading

When i login through ReadyAPI alertsite i was unable to login, i will be same untill 1 or 2 or 30 days, no responce.

    Hi Vam,

     

    i'm able to connect to my AlertSite account via ReadyAPI.  I suspect that there may be an issue with your AlertSite account/login.

     

    I suggest you try logging directly into AlertSite here:  https://accounts.smartbear.com/accounts/login

     

    If that fails, you can reset your password from the login screen.

      I can able to login through web site, but i was unable to login through ready API
