Adding URL monitors with browser emulation via API

Is it possible to add a site_type = website-ssl URL monitor with a "emulate browser" value of "Google Chrome 34 -- Mozilla ..." value?  

I am able to add them, but cannot find a way to set that value when adding from REST API.
