Zephyr uploading more than 1000 ISIN number

Hi,

I am in possession of a data set with ISIN codes. I want to match this dataset to Private Equity deals. The data set consists of 750.000+ records and I'm not able to upload more than 1000 when I want to conduct a search for target ISIN number, anyone has a suggestion how to overcome this?
