want to purchase / annual subscription for Zephyr Squad - Test Management for Jira

We have been on a free trial for the duration of past 60 days, and we wish to purchase this tool (Zephyr Cloud version)) on an annual subscription basis viz 100$/yea. But the only option we see if for a "Free Trial". Please help us out in subscribing a paid version of the same on an urgent basis
