Free Trial Mode Test Data

Hello,

My company is looking to buy a license for Zephyr Quad after using the free trial version for awhile.  It looks like we have to perform a fresh install of Zephyr Squad to do this and we are worried that data collected through testing during our free trial will be lost.  Is this the case?
