Hi everyone,
None of the planning and executions functions are working for me, including cycle summary.
When I click on one of the them the page reacts as if it was loading the content, but in the end nothing is displayed.
All Zephyr updates were done.
I have also tried logging out and deleting the cookies. When I do that, I get the following error message:
ERROR: 10FBIVB
Any ideas?

Can you confirm this question is for Zephyr Squad? Zephyr Scale has a loading issue yesterday, so I just want to make sure that we are not talking about Zephyr Scale here.

Hi, I am using Zephyr Squad for JIRA Cloud. I do not see an option to plan a cycle.
Support link below explains I should see the Plan Test Cycles button in the top-level Tests menu. Is this feature available to Zephyr Squad on Cloud?
