Custom field not supported Test Upload of Cucumber Result

We have created some custom fields for test cases and have made them mandatory. On doing upload using Test Automation tab for cucumber result It gives error this field is not supported in this page.

Also we tried to make this non mandatory but still it gives error that column is required.
