Capture for Jira keeps kicking me out

Hi there, 

I keep getting kicked out and having to re enter my user id, url, api. I think it's because I recorded a really long video and everytime I record a new video or screen shot it tells me a file that I'm trying to load is too big and then it kicks me out. 

It's really hard to use this way and I'm down to the final days of my project. 

Does anyone know how to stop it from trying to load a file? Or delete files that it thinks it should load that are too big

I've reset the server .. logged in and out.
