Zephyr Scale Traceability

We are using Zephyr scale and have 1 Test Cycle in a current sprint but when a run the traceability report across these we get the Loading message and the data never returns

We have tried the Custom Query option

We have tried adding the filter to return only one cycle

Both the above do not return data and we get the Loading message page, I have user the clear button to start from scratch but nothing seem to want to return the traceability for the Test Cycle in question

We have Zephyr Scale Tests, Linked to numerous Jira Tickets and with execution aganst the cycle but it refuses to load, other cycles work fine
