What is the easiest way to add specific test cases to a test cycle

HI

I Have Jira Cloud.

I have stories in Jira.

Those stories have Sub tasks.

The Stories and subtasks have test cases linked to them.

The test cases are in folders by subject in Zephyr.

When a story and or subtask is set to status  Ready for QA, I want to add all those Test Cases to a test cycle.

Only some of the test cases will be ready to be added to the test cycle.

I go to my test cycle

I edit it and click on add test cases

All the test cases are there.

How do I know what test cases are ready to test? Are ready to be put in the test cycle?

Anyone have any ideas?
