Unauthorized with archived project

Hi All,

Having a bit of a weird issue between Zephyr Scale and a recently archived JIRA project, what seemed to have happened is that Zephyr has lost permissions to display traceability with the archived project, and you can no longer see the Test Cases in the ticket if you pull it up manually via URL.

As far as I know archived projects shouldn't have this effect, does anyone know what could of happened here?

The only solution I've managed to achieve so far is to restore the archived project, but now it's also returned in all the searches which is quite annoying.
