Unable to import attachments from TestRail to Zephyr scale

We are using the Zephyr scale for trial and noticed that when we import test cases from Test rail to Zephyr Scale any or all attachments are dropped in the process. For example screenshots, excel sheets, word doc etc.

Anyone else experience this?
