Is it possible to bulk update test cases using Zephyr Scale Server API?

Hello,

I'm able to update test cases one at a time using "PUT: /testrun/{testRunKey}/testcase/{testCaseKey}/testresult" but can I update multiple test cases at once/bulk using a Dictionary, List or Array? That way I'm not constantly sending requests. 

Setup: Zephyr Scale Server 

Language: C#
