Copy and Pasting Test Case Directories within a tree

Is there a method of copying and pasting a test case folder in a directory tree. The case is ; I have 20 basic configuration checks that i use across many different server types. EG

Pre production Environment 

- Windows active directory

- RDS

- EPO 

- etc 

each of these servers have their own VM Host ID / ip adresses and some level of specific configuration. The solution , will also have the live Production Enviornment consequently I would want the equivant tree structure

- RDS

- EPO 

- etc

the only way i have found currently is to export to csv . make the necessary column changes and re-import . fine for a couple of VMs but i have over 500 so a c&P akin to other Test Management tools would be very Helpful.
