Unable to publish or ping via SOAP UI

Trying to ping/publish a SOAP message via SOAP UI, getting below error

<faultstring>Security token failed to validate. weblogic.xml.crypto.wss.SecurityTokenValidateResult@34600b77[status: false][msg UNT Error:Message Created time past the current time even accounting for set clock skew]</faultstring>

The server is in GMT- but never had an issue earlier.

The API accepts basic authentication, and this was working till a week ago.

Tried below options:

Changed WSS TimeToLive to high number - now getting <faultstring>Error on verifying message against security policy Error codes: 1001 1021 Error codes: 1001 1021</faultstring> 

Password type to  - Text
