Http responses contains codes without description while using Google Chrome browser.

Hi, I would like to know if anybody had encountered a situation where any http response from the server has only a code without description. For example, there is code 400, but "Bad Request" name is missing for the browser Google chrome. For others, all is well.

I'll be grateful for effective advice.
