Cancel and Clear button not clearing the form

1.on clicking the clear button after executing the API, the form is not cleared, it still showing the previous results. 

2. on clicking the cancel button after trying it out and execute (if it contains validation error , it is not clearing the validation error message after clicking cancel button.)
