Adding HTTP method options along with post method in swagger file for f5 configuration

We are using swagger file to configure the WAF in our F5 firewall. Some of the api endpoints(which is post http method) requires http method options when trying from browser. Currently i am able to add only one http method for one endpoint. can some one help how i can add multiple http method to the same endpoint in swagger file.
