Swagger Responsive & Mobile Friendly Issues

So, we are using swagger for our APIs and the problem is that swagger is not mobile-friendly and responsive. The main error which we are facing right are

1. Clickable elements too close together
2. Viewport not set
3. Text too small to read

How can I make it mobile-friendly and how to add a meta tag in swagger.index file. Meta tag for particular this location
