CDN Publishing

hi, I’m pretty new at this. I have a set of rules that I created that I want to publish on a CDN and I’m not really sure how to get started and what all should be published should the entire NODEJS project be compiled and published? or just the Jason file created from the custom rules. Any walk-through would be helpful
