Can't Add Enum Values to a Query Parameter

For some reason, the option to add enums to a Query Parameter has dropped (even if the Query Parameter already has some allowed values added) from the Form view.

    Hello Brad, it looks like you found a bug. Would you please submit this in a support request for a bug fix. I have made the product team aware of this, so they can follow the process with the support request just as soon as they get it. thank you
