WSS outgoing dropdown is missing from the Auth tab

I am using SOAPUI 5.6.0.

I create an Outgoing WS-Security Configuration.  However in my test step the WSS Outgoing dropdown is not displayed in the Auth tab as described in the SOAPUI documentation.  Any advice?
