WSDL refactoring issue

Hi,
I am a newbie in soapUI. I am in a situation where i need to update the webservices. I was trying to do using wsdl refactoring. I have read the topics in eviware where it says, red nodes in the left node tree indicates messages that could not be updated automatically. These message need to be edited manualy.

What does exactly mean by manualy?
How do i edit it manualy?

I am realy stuck here since i dont have that idea about coding here.

Please give me some idea about how do i resolve it.
